Owls That Quilt

You may have guessed that owls are my favourite subject, and perhaps I may have gone a little overboard. All the owls featured here are found in Australia.
 I know the tawny frogmouth is technically a night jar, but I couldn't resist them.

I have printed these on a linen/cotton blend
fabric and appliqued them onto a dark background to represent the night sky.

Included in the pattern are alphabet sheets so that the "owls that" wording may be substituted for a different name if desired.

The blocks are approximately 10x12 inches or 25x30cm.
